Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re far too busy working on your sites or developing your apps, you hardly have time to check what’s going on with your VPS server – if it is overloading or if all the services are running the way they should. With our Optional Admin Services package, we’ll take care of that for you. Your server will be included in a custom server monitoring software system and if ever there is a sign of a problem, our server admins will be alerted instantly.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest task in the world. You will either need to use a separate server or your personal computer, alternatively assign a 3rd–party tool. We offer a much simpler and easier solution with our Optional Admin Services deal. We’ll create a full backup of your server every week, so you never have to be scared of losing key info. Plus, we can restore a backup copy really fast. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Optional Admin Services package will help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & troubleshooting duties – this means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our trained server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software whatsoever that you want. Or have him resolve an issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on with our KVM VPS Servers.
